LUMEA
A full-scale redesign of Lumea’s digital pathology platform. A new design system, rebuilt viewer workflows, and fully re-architected application UI. The result: 200% increase in product consistency and a significant boost in diagnostic speed and user efficiency across all customer cohorts. I led the system from first principles: defining patterns, components, interaction models, and research-backed workflows that reshaped the entire product experience.
